Our minimum order is 25 m² per consignment. This is equivalent to approximately one standard pallet of tiles. There is no minimum commitment beyond this — you can order 25 m² once or place regular orders as your projects require.

Yes, subject to minimum quantities. If you require two different product lines, each line should meet the minimum order threshold. Combined orders can be consolidated into a single shipment to reduce the freight cost per m².
No. We are a trade-only supplier. We supply exclusively to builders, tiling contractors, property developers, and construction companies. We do not accept orders from members of the general public.
Our per-m² tile prices cover the cost of the tiles only. Freight is always quoted separately as a fixed cost based on pallet count and your UK delivery postcode. Your tile price does not change based on where you are in the UK — only the freight cost varies.
We operate on a deposit basis. A deposit is paid on order confirmation, with the balance settled on or before delivery. Full payment terms are confirmed with your quote. We currently accept bank transfer (BACS).
No. All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT. VAT will be applied at the prevailing UK rate where applicable.
Yes — our pricing is volume-tiered. Orders of 125 m²+ attract our Volume rate of £21/m², and orders of 250 m²+ qualify for our Contractor rate of £19/m². These rates are applied automatically based on total order quantity.
Typical lead time from order confirmation to UK delivery is 12–17 working days. This covers 9–12 days for the manufacturer to pick and palletise your order, plus 3–5 days for freight transit from Poland to the UK. We will confirm the expected delivery window when your order is placed.

Inspect your delivery on arrival before signing. If damage is identified, note it on the delivery documentation and contact us immediately with photographs. Claims for visible transit damage must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
